Heartwood Art Conservation provides in-lab, onsite, and contracted professional, museum-quality art conservation services.

After initial examination, written and photographic documentation of the object's condition will be completed before and after treatment. All conservation treatments require an examination and written report on condition.

Proposed treatments will be tailored to the stakeholder and object's needs. Typical treatments could include stabilization, structural repair, cleaning, finish/coating integration and inpainting.

Advice is available on collections care and object maintenance. Connections to conservation professionals for other needs available.

Surveys help to establish the overall condition of a collection and is often the first step to write grants to apply for funding.

Can create and deliver expert virtual and in-person educational lectures. Can create engaging social media content to raise awareness of conservation projects.
